Facility Resources was founded in 1999. It is an incorporated company providing modular furniture and related services to the Corporate, Healthcare and Higher Education sectors. Our goal is to help our customers develop sustainable and adaptable work environments. We realize that companies need to leverage their most valuable assets; people, technology, and real estate, in order to remain competitive and increase profits. We also understand that corporate culture is crucial to a vibrant organization.
 
Products and Services:
 
Facility Resources provides modular furniture and modular casegood solutions for both corporate and healthcare environments. Our main supplier is Herman Miller. Herman Miller is the second largest furniture manufacturer in North America. Through research and design Herman Miller has brought some of the best products to the modular furniture market. These include the first systems furniture line (Action Office 1964), the first ergonomic chair (Ergon 1986), the first truly modular healthcare systems not based on converted office furniture (Co-Struc, Ethospace). Recent releases include the Mirra chair, Resolve systems and Abak desk systems. More information on Herman Miller is available upon request. Facility Resources also carries several other lines to provide a complete offering for both corporate and healthcare environments. We support the planning installation and maintenance of these solutions through design services, installation, storage , inventory, and maintenance.

Mike Hanington has 18 years experience in the contract furniture industry, mostly with Herman Miller dealers and affiliates. Strengths are providing appropriate information to ensure the development of an effective, productive work environment. Through extensive product and workflow knowledge, appropriate products are demonstrated to meet the needs of planners, facilities managers and end users. Sound management and leadership skills motivate employees and team members to achieve our goal of customer satisfaction.

Sue Hanington has extensive experience in management, marketing, and accounting insuring efficient effective employee relations as well as fiscal responsibility to the company and our customers.

Theresa Castillo has extensive experience in customer service, accounting and inventory management through working with such companies as Agnew Group, BASF Canada and Atlantic Packaging. Her skills are essential to the smooth running of our office and warehouse.

Kimberly Christian specializes in product application, space planning and design of both healthcare and corporate environments and is also an Arido intern. Kimberly is also responsible for creation of shop drawings for architect approval and installation. Through extensive product knowledge, user meetings and architectural direction Kimberly creates the drawings required to complete installations that are effective and complete.

Individually all of Facility Resources staff is knowledgeable, effective and efficient. As a team we bring out the best in each other. When our group is integrated with our customer’s team, projects are completed in a timely, professional manner with exceptional results. We enjoy our work and hope to pass this on to everyone involved in projects we work on together.

 
Facilities:
 
In September 2002 Facility Resources relocated to a new facility. This new facility is comprised of 3500 sq. ft of working showroom and 1000 sq. ft of warehousing. An addition will be added soon to incorporate an additional 1000sq. ft of warehouse space and a new loading dock. This building is owned by Facility Resources and offers our clients an improved showroom and better receiving and storage facilities. This will also increase our capabilities for storage, inventory control and facility services for our clients. This showroom houses both the corporate and healthcare divisions of the company. Our facility demonstrates Facility Resources commitment to our business and our customers. We employ the latest technology in this space. This includes wireless technology, interactive presentation equipment, noise reduction systems and the latest offerings from our suppliers.

Above all else, Facility Resources values relationships. The only way to reach these goals is to continue to garner the support of our existing and new clients. Throughout this process we all develop relationships that last longer than business deals. These develop into friendships and make our work worthwhile and fun.
